LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS & “NO SHOWS”

A text or phone call reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointment cards are also given in person for booking appointments made ahead of time. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please inform us 24 hours prior to the appointment. No call/no show will result in a charge of 50% of the normal grooming price and will be billed to you or added on to your next grooming price.
